We're Hiring! Office Administrator

Dear Friends, 

Our office administrator Cleo Walker has announced that she will be retiring in June after training her replacement. Please join us in thanking Cleo for sharing her gifts with our congregation over this past year. It has been a joy to have her here and we wish her all the best in retirement!

This role supports the mission of the church and is interconnected to the full operation of the community of faith. Duties and responsibilities include decision making in the areas of communication, accounting, event planning, and the organization of Church documents including minutes and reports. 

Formal training in office administration or previous experience in an office administration environment is required. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 programs including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, and Excel. Experience with Zoom and Planning Centre is an asset. Click HERE for a copy of the full position description.
